The Skill manager is a benign NPC who allows one to swap Skillsets for a small fee. He can be found in many towns. Skill changes may also be done any Priestess.

At level 50, the cost to replace a skill tree is 1g. Others say it is 10s per point you invested in the skill line, to replace the entire skill tree with another.
