Buildings are part of the Housing system. They can be placed to claim land (depending on the type) in a regular (land) Housing Zone or in a Marine Housing Zone. Besides building there are other structures that can be placed on claimed land like Amenities, Crafting Stations etc.
Owning a building makes the weekly payment of taxes through Tax certificates necessary. Only player with Patron status can pay taxes.
Construction[]
Buildings are constructed by placing the Design of the desired building into a valid zone and then adding the necessary resources in time (otherwise the house will be deleted) to the appearing construction frame through the Proficiency of Construction.
